Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a VMS Technical Analyst to join our European Tech Ops team, supporting Vendor Management System platforms across MSP programs. You will be the SME for VMS configurations, data quality, and issue resolution while collaborating with clients, project managers, solution architects, and operations staff.

This fully remote role provides exposure to SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, and VNDLY and opportunities to drive implementations and ongoing operations in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Experience with VMS platforms (e.g., SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY).
• Strong data management, validation, and reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of VMS platforms.
• Participate in requirements gathering, design workshops, and client meetings.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Solution Architects to deliver technical solutions.
• Configure test and production environments based on client requirements.
• Manage data uploads, validation, cleansing, and ongoing maintenance.
• Analyze client data for quality and integrity; resolve issues.
