Job summary

Magnit is seeking a Client Services Consultant (Delivery Partner) to ensure efficient delivery of services across multiple EMEA countries. You will work with vendors, hiring managers and cross-functional teams using the VMS tool to meet contractual deliverables and provide proactive service.

A 3+ year background in staffing/MSP or HR is expected, with strong English and a collaborative approach. You will help qualify requisitions, manage relationships with staffing suppliers, perform

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in staffing operations, MSP or HR/recruiting.
• Customer-oriented and self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
• Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Fluent in English; another European language is a plus.
• Growth mindset, agility and willingness to learn and collaborate.
• Able to work with peers in a team-oriented environment.
• Analytical mindset to derive insights and decisions.
• Experience with MSP billing is advantageous.
• Familiarity with VMS Fieldglass is beneficial.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Deliver Magnit's services to clients and manage day-to-day operations.
• Maintain quality client service and meet contractual deliverables.
• Collaborate with vendors, hiring managers and cross-functional teams using VMS.
• Improve processes to boost efficiencies and value for clients.
• Support staffing requirements, qualify requisitions and relay details to suppliers.
• Handle screenings, pre-employment checks and maintain VMS records.
• Escalate serious issues to leadership and manage contractor relationships.
