Job summary

Talanto seeks an experienced specialist to join an international team working on a global Quality Management System built on the Veeva Vault platform. You will contribute to configuring, validating, and deploying QMS solutions within a regulated pharmaceutical context.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in GxP environments, and collaboration with cross-functional teams worldwide. This remote position offers long-term cooperation within a stable Managed Services setup and

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault, preferably Veeva Vault QMS.
• Experience in regulated environments (GxP, validation, testing, compliance, risk assessment).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with international teams.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Experience with other Veeva Vault modules.
• Previous exposure to TrackWise or similar QMS platforms.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, clinical research, manufacturing, or other regulated industries.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with SaaS or cloud-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and enhance solutions within the Veeva Vault platform, primarily in the Quality domain.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams.
• Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and release activities.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for complex production issues.
• Prepare technical documentation and contribute to validation activities required in regulated in an Agile environment, taking part in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and review sessions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across Quality Management processes.
