Job summary

Valeo is seeking a Regional IS SSC Leader-ICS to drive deployment, integration, and optimization of MES/MoM and ICS across Central Europe manufacturing sites. You will lead rollout activities, ensure security prerequisites with IT and Cybersecurity teams, and validate interfaces to SAP COMP@SS and BigQuery.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing systems support, strong MES/ICS knowledge, and expertise in Linux, Docker/Kubernetes, and databases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of practical experience in supporting manufacturing systems.
• Solid knowledge of MES, ICS, and shopfloor data acquisition.
• Technical proficiency in Linux, Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead IS aspects during strategic Industrial system rollouts, including installation, configuration, and coordination with local Site IS teams.
• Collaborate with IT SSC and Cybersecurity teams to ensure infrastructure and security prerequisites for new deployments.
• Validate and test critical interfaces connecting MES/MoM to core enterprise systems like SAP COMP@SS and BigQuery.
• Serve as Lead IS application specialist with Level 2 elevated support for the industrial software suite.
• Mentor within the IS department, sharing knowledge of Linux, Docker/Kubernetes, and data streaming architectures.
• Develop standardized system maintenance and deployment documentation with Group global project teams.
