Job summary

Corza Medical seeks a Territory Sales Representative for the North East Poland region to drive sales of Quill barbed sutures and related wound-closure products. The role covers Pomorskie, Warmian-Masurian, and Podlaskie regions, with 50-75% travel and close collaboration with surgeons and hospital departments.

You will report to the Business Development Manager and work remotely, building strong relationships, executing sales plans, and expanding market presence across hospitals in Poland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years of full-line territory sales in medical products; wound closure is a plus.
• 50-75% travel within territory.
• Experience working in hospital settings (operating room) is essential.
• Knowledge of tender procedures and tender offers preparation.
• Highly organized with effective time management.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary sales contact for Corza Medical wound closure portfolio (Quill).
• Meet or exceed territory quota and sales growth objectives.
• Develop and implement tactical sales plans for base and new opportunities.
• Provide training and support to surgeons and nurses; build professional relationships.
• Develop Corza Medical wound closure proposals and tender offers for contracts.
• Submit periodic activity, forecast, and revenue reports to management.
