Job summary

Medtronic Poland seeks a Medical Sales Representative to promote surgical stapling systems, electrosurgery solutions and hemostatic products across Kuyavian-Pomeranian and Greater Poland Voivodeships. This field-based role prefers residence in Toruń, Bydgoszcz or Poznań, with regular travel to hospitals and operating rooms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience in medical devices or healthcare.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• English proficiency sufficient for business communication.
• Strong presentation and training abilities.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Experience with surgical products is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Medtronic products and services across the Kuyavian-Pomeranian and Greater Poland Voivodeships.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital staff.
• Identify customer needs and develop opportunities to maximize the clinical and business value of offerings.
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations and educational sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activity.
• Implement regional sales and market development plans and adapt to local needs.
• Provide structured feedback to Marketing and Operations.
