Job summary

FinteqHub is seeking a Technical Account Manager - Middle to support merchants and partners with stable integrations and issue resolution across multiple markets. You will work closely with product, engineering, analytics, and support teams to translate client needs into actionable technical tasks and drive platform improvements.

The role emphasizes resolving complex technical challenges, optimizing payment operations, and delivering value for clients in a scalable manner.

Qualifications

Upper Intermediate English or higher.
Strong presentation and client-call skills.
Solid understanding of HTTP, APIs, REST, SOAP, JSON.
Experience with Postman and browser devtools.
Ability to translate client needs into technical tasks.

Responsibilities

Provide second-line technical support for B2B merchants and resolve integration issues.
Manage and support technical integrations with payment providers and merchants.
Analyze API requests, logs, and transaction flows.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics teams to improve platforms.
Assist merchants with payment setup and routing strategies.
Coordinate issue resolution across stakeholders while maintaining high service quality.
Suggest product and process improvements from merchant feedback.
