Job summary

COLIBRIX ONE, a licensed EMI and Mastercard principal member, is hiring a Systems Analyst to own integrations with payment providers, acquirers, processors, and orchestration platforms. You will contribute to card issuing, acquiring, and core banking systems.

You will translate regulatory and card network requirements into developer-ready specs, define data mappings, flows, and edge cases, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations to release robust payment solutions.

Qualifications

• Background as Systems or Business Analyst in fintech, payments, or banking.
• Strong knowledge of payment infrastructure, transaction processing, issuing, acquiring, and core banking.
• Experience with payment provider, acquirer, processor, or orchestrator integrations.
• Knowledge of Visa/Mastercard rules, chargebacks, Open Banking, APMs, and payment compliance.
• Ability to create clear functional and technical specifications, flows, diagrams, and data mappings.
• Fluency in English and Russian.
• Experience with recurring payments, MIT/CIT, stored credentials, retries, and dunning is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and specify integrations with payment providers, acquirers, processors, and orchestrators.
• Translate business, regulatory, and Visa/Mastercard requirements into clear, developer-ready specifications.
• Define payment flows, APIs, data mappings, business rules, error handling, and edge cases.
• Support card issuing, acquiring, core banking, Open Banking, and alternative payment methods.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations throughout development and release.
• Maintain system documentation and clarify requirements during implementation.
• Analyze recurring payment lifecycles, including CIT/MIT, stored credentials, retries, and dunning.
