Job summary

Planet is seeking an Installations Support Specialist to enable, configure and deploy payment and commerce solutions for merchants across markets. You will work with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and installation journeys.

This role requires troubleshooting complex integrations, testing interfaces with PMS/POS like Oracle Opera PMS and Oracle Simphony POS, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced payments environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in payments, POS systems, hospitality tech or related software solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to investigate and resolve technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills when working with merchants, partners and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Configure, enable, and deploy Planet payment and commerce solutions.
• Install, test and troubleshoot payment interfaces for PMS/POS systems.
• Perform end-to-end integration testing between Planet and third-party systems.
• Conduct remote and on-site installations, testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues during implementation and coordinate with internal teams.
