Job summary

FinteqHub is seeking a Technical Account Manager – Middle to support merchants with stable integrations and high‑quality service. You will collaborate with product, engineering, analytics, and support teams to drive platform improvements and merchant success across markets.

The role emphasizes resolving complex technical issues, guiding integration strategies, and delivering value for clients and partners in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Upper Intermediate English or higher
• Confident presentation and communication skills, including client calls and product demonstrations
• Solid understanding of HTTP, APIs, REST, SOAP, JSON, and web technologies
• Ability to investigate technical issues and work effectively across multiple teams
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line technical support for B2B merchants by diagnosing, investigating, and resolving integration and payment-related issues
• Manage and support technical integrations with payment providers, merchants, and third-party systems
• Gather client requirements and translate business needs into clear technical tasks for internal teams
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to improve platform functionality and integration processes
• Assist merchants with payment setup, routing strategies, and operational optimisation based on business goals
• Coordinate issue resolution and task delivery across multiple stakeholders while maintaining high service quality
• Contribute product and process improvement ideas based on merchant feedback and technical observations
