Qualifications

• 1+ year of L2/L3 technical support or similar fintech/crypto exposure.
• Hands-on with system logs and monitoring tools to trace issues.
• Understanding of client-server architecture, REST APIs, and JSON structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchant onboarding by configuring integrations, routing, and payment methods.
• Validate API requests and troubleshoot issues using Postman before go-live.
• Investigate transaction incidents via payloads, SQL, and logs to find root causes.
