Job summary

Trading 212 is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to build and scale our in-house talent pipeline across backend, frontend and DevOps. You will partner with founders and senior leaders to define profiles, identify markets, and directly source top engineers.

You will own end-to-end hiring, qualify candidates credibly, guide offers, and shape how technical hiring works in a growing European fintech. This is a remote role across Europe.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of end-to-end technical recruiting across multiple domains.
• Ability to build and manage a pipeline of high-potential engineers.
• Experience sourcing directly and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and evidence-based decision making in hiring.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle hiring across backend, frontend, and DevOps.
• Source directly and build proactive pipelines for in-demand roles.
• Assess candidate relevance and drive timely offers and acceptance.
• Present evidence to hiring managers when adjustments are needed to search or interview processes.
