Job summary

Globaltize is seeking a fully remote Recruiter to join our startup-forward team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles, source and shortlist 3–5 candidates per position, and follow our interview framework to assess and provide feedback.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in recruitment, strong communication, and comfort with ATS/CRM tools. You will negotiate salaries within budgets and keep candidates engaged while using HubSpot to track progress.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience with technical roles is a plus but not required.
• Experience with recruitment/staffing agencies and with U.S., Canadian, or Australian companies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with recruitment tools, ATS & CRM, and LinkedIn.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Remote-friendly self-starter with proactive attitude.
• Passionate about connecting talent with opportunities.
• Accountable with a 'figure it out' mentality.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles across industries.
• Source, screen, and shortlist 3–5 final qualified candidates per position.
• Follow the Globaltize Interview Framework to assess candidates and provide feedback.
• Negotiate salaries within client budgets and send offers via PandaDoc.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates and engagement.
• Use Hubspot to track candidates and maintain records.
• Implement and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency.
• Build and organize a database of candidates for future roles.
• Participate in team meetings and share insights to improve strategies.
• Dedicate time to professional development and industry trends.
• Submit daily reports summarizing recruitment progress.
• Ensure timely responses to candidates and clients for top candidates.
• Utilize job boards and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Conduct interviews and manage interview scheduling.
