Job summary

Trading 212 is seeking an experienced sourcing specialist to build and lead the capability to identify scarce talent for business roles. You will map markets, craft searches, and drive outreach across channels, with a data-driven approach from outreach through handover to recruiters.

You will own the sourcing process, improve response and conversion metrics, and work closely with recruiters and decision-makers. This is a remote role open to Europe-based candidates.

Qualifications

• Hands-on sourcing experience or exceptional evidence of mastery
• Boolean logic you constructed yourself
• Outreach you wrote and improved based on responses
• A pipeline you built from scratch for a difficult role, with lessons learned
• Numerical ownership of response, positive-response, screen and downstream conversion
• Strong written English and disciplined follow-up

Responsibilities

• Map the market for priority roles in business functions
• Construct search, write outreach, and manage candidate responses
• Qualify candidate interest and availability, then hand over to recruiter
• Review response metrics and optimize targeting and messaging
• Develop and maintain a sourcing pipeline for critical roles
