Qualifications

• Fluent French (written and spoken).
• Fluent Polish (written and spoken).

• Ability to stay calm with challenging customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries: emails in English and calls in French or Polish.
• Support international market, both individual and business customers.
• Address complaints, post-warranty inquiries, and technical issues.
• Explain non-technical concepts of electronics devices to customers.
• Communicate in a friendly, professional, customer-focused manner.
• Input data clearly and efficiently.
