Toptal is seeking a remote Talent Coaching professional to guide top talent across continents. You will coach individuals on performance, communication, and project management, addressing issues and helping talents grow within the network.

The role emphasizes data-driven coaching, ROI-focused programs, and cross-functional collaboration since you will work with coaches, engineers, designers, and other experts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in performance management, in-house coaching, or HR business partner roles.
• Experience working with technical talent (developers, designers, etc.) is a bonus.
• Customer-centric communication and outstanding etiquette on video chat, Slack, and email.
• Ability to distill feedback into actionable coaching plans.
• Self-starter able to thrive in a distributed workforce and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing coaching support for talent with actionable guidance on project management, communication, and professionalism.
• Work one-on-one with talent to address and remediate performance issues.
• Investigate past performance to determine network status and ensure compliance with platform rules.
• Design and execute live webinars or group coaching sessions.
• Document coaching activities and measure impact to scale programs ROI-wise.
