Job summary

Toptal is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive AI-driven product initiatives on the platform. You will lead engineers and collaborate with Design and other Product Managers to define, build, and launch impactful features that scale our AI capabilities.

In this remote role, you will own end-to-end product discovery and delivery, leveraging user research and data. English resumes are required and the role emphasizes rapid, customer-centric innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in a technical discipline.
• At least 5 years of proven software product management experience.
• Proven ability to lead products end-to-end from discovery to launch and scale.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead all aspects of an established agile team, including backlog grooming and prioritization.
• Translate AI capabilities into customer-facing and internal product experiences.
• Define scope of new product features and ongoing improvements.
• Write and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Establish credibility with partners and stakeholders.
• Use data, analytics, and user research to inform product direction.
• Track progress, assess risks, and communicate mitigation plans.
• Conduct ad-hoc research and analyses to assess opportunities and risks.
• Identify and solve complex product challenges aligned with goals.
• Apply system-analyst techniques to determine specifications.
