Job summary

No Isolation is a 65-person EdTech scale-up operating across Europe, seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition partner. The role focuses on hunting passive candidates, screening for fit, and occasionally running full-cycle hiring across Commercial and Operational teams.

You will map markets, build talent pools, and maintain clean pipeline data while advising hiring managers on market insights. Fluent English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in talent acquisition or proactive sourcing.
• Experience across more than one European market.
• Fluent written and spoken English; German is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Map markets and proactively reach out to passive candidates.
• Build talent pools and screen for fit before progression.
• Maintain pipeline data and track TA KPIs.
• Support end-to-end recruitment for selected roles.
