Olympus Business Services sp. z o.o. in Wrocław is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive end-to-end recruitment across our Shared Services Center for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

You will manage candidate selection, interviews, sourcing and offer negotiations. The role requires fluent business English, experience in high-volume and corporate recruiting, and the ability to build strong relationships with leaders and HR partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience managing multiple searches and stakeholder relationships.
• Proven track record in high-volume and corporate recruiting.
• Fluent business English.
• Experience with employer branding, candidate management and interview process management.
• Proactive, independent, and deadline‑driven.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end responsibility for recruitment activities across assigned areas, including leadership roles and confidential searches.
• Act as a TA subject matter expert for business areas or market segments.
• Advise and influence stakeholders on TA strategies for various roles.
• Prioritize multiple searches with defined timelines and proactive pipeline engagement.
• Manage complex stakeholder engagement across local, EMEA and global levels.
• Develop TA reporting and insights to drive process improvements.
