Job summary

HR factory Lithuania in Poland is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles in an on-site setting in Warsaw or Poznań.

The role requires strong sourcing skills, the ability to attract talent across levels, and fluent Polish and English (B2+). Russian language is a plus for international hiring. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to improve processes and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or a similar HR role with hands-on end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and candidate attraction skills across positions and seniority levels.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in Polish and English (B2 or higher).
• Russian (B2 or higher) would be an advantage.
• Good understanding of recruitment methodologies and candidate assessment, especially for junior to mid-level roles.
• Experience working with an ATS is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles from sourcing to offer stage.
• Proactively identify and attract talent through different sourcing channels and networks.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues, providing market insights and recruitment expertise.
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the process.
• Participate in internal and external events, representing the company and attracting talent.
• Look for opportunities to improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies and candidate experience.
• Manage recruitment activities and candidate data in the ATS with accurate reporting.
