Job summary
Auctane is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Tech roles) to lead full-cycle recruitment for our Poland engineering organization. You will own sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing exceptional tech talent, collaborating with engineering leaders to build strong teams in Poland and across Europe.
The role is hybrid in Wroclaw, requiring presence in the office at least two days per week and fluency in Polish and English.
Qualifications
- Min 3 years of mixed in-house/agency recruiting in technical roles.
- Fluent in Polish and English.
- Able to manage multiple roles and build proactive pipelines.
- Strong candidate experience focus.
- Ability to close senior talent.
Responsibilities
- Recruit top software engineering talent for Poland and European sites.
- Manage full lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers.
- Deliver data-driven hiring insights and dashboards.
- Partner with HR and managers on onboarding and integration.
- Build talent pipelines via referrals and direct sourcing.
- Collaborate with external agency partners on branding content.
