Profitroom is seeking a Junior Support Specialist with English to join our Support Team. You’ll handle customer inquiries from Polish- and English-speaking clients via email and live chat, delivering friendly and effective service.

This remote role from anywhere in Poland requires strong Polish and English, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. You’ll collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and support our customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of Polish and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical customers.
• Experience in customer-focused roles or hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Handle requests from Polish- and English-speaking customers via email and live chat.
• Assist with technical issues and analyse product configurations.
• Represent Profitroom in customer interactions and with partners.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve queries.
