Job summary

GetResponse, a SaaS company, is seeking a Junior IT Support Specialist in Poland. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage IT hardware, and assist onboarding by configuring resources.

You should have IT support or helpdesk experience, knowledge of macOS or Windows 11, strong English and Polish, and good communication. We offer private medical care, life insurance, PPE, pension, flexible hours, MacBooks, and English classes.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Support or Helpdesk.
• Working knowledge of either macOS or Windows 11.
• Ability to effectively use knowledge bases and technical tools.
• Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in technical English (min. B2+).
• Excellent command of Polish (native or near-native).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to train users.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues for GetResponse employees.
• Maintaining and managing IT hardware.
• Administering MDM systems (Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune).
• Managing SaaS tools and software licenses.
• Onboarding new employees by configuring IT resources.
• Providing technical support across departments and teams.
• Staying current with industry trends and best practices.
