Global Institute of Sport invites applications for a Student Experience Coordinator within the Student Experience team, focused on coordinating students’ progression through the GIS career enhancement pathway and supporting engagement with careers webinars, seminars, peer mentoring groups and one-to-one coaching.

The role also provides frontline customer service to the wider Registry and Academic Services and collaborates with partner universities.

Formación

• Educated to A Level/BTEC standard or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in customer-facing, administrative or coordination roles.
• Experience organising events, webinars or group programmes such as mentoring or coaching.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate students' progression through the GIS career enhancement pathway and monitor engagement.
• Book students onto webinars, seminars, and workshops and monitor attendance/completion.
• Set up and manage peer mentoring groups and coordinate scheduling with coaches.
• Match students with one-to-one careers coaches and coordinate scheduling.
• Maintain accurate records of student participation and outcomes across the pathway.
• Liaise with coaches, mentors and external partners to ensure smooth delivery of the pathway.
