Job summary

Tenchijin Inc. is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to define and enforce reliability for a scalable analytics platform as part of the Global South Project. You will own SLIs, SLOs, monitoring, and incident response in a fully remote, cross-border team.

Reporting to the Cloud Operations Manager / Senior DevOps Manager, you will help design fault-tolerance, runbooks, and outage postmortems while supporting production-readiness for new services and tenants across a multinational client base.

Qualifications

• Defined reliability requirements for platform services; set SLIs/SLOs and error budgets.
• Build and tune monitoring, alerts, and dashboards for the stack.
• Lead on-call rotation and incident response; craft blameless postmortems.

Responsibilities

• Define SLIs/SLOs (availability, latency, data freshness) for platform services; track error budgets.
• Build and tune monitoring and dashboards; improve alert quality and noise.
• Lead on-call rotation; act as incident commander for major events; write postmortems with action items.
