Qualifications

• Geospatial data science experience with GIS tooling.
• Strong understanding of ML lifecycle and MLOps workflows.
• Experience working in cross-functional POD or squad delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, validate, and deploy ML models for infrastructure risk.
• Build geospatial pipelines fusing satellite, terrain, IoT, and client data.
• Establish ML lifecycle: tracking, registry, evaluation, retraining, monitoring.
• Adapt models for data-sparse Global South contexts via transfer learning.
• Collaborate with backend engineer to productionize models and APIs.
• Define data-quality standards for geospatial datasets.
• Communicate model behavior and limitations to leadership and clients.
• Mentor engineers on geospatial data science practices.
