Job summary

Syneos Health Poland sp. z o.o. seeks a Site Contracts Specialist to administer contract management across clinical sites and projects, ensuring documentation accuracy and timely execution.

You will contribute to multi-country negotiations, template contract development, and budget submissions, collaborating with legal, finance, and site teams to support start-up and ongoing operations.

Qualifications

• High level of contracts management experience.
• Experience in a contract research organization or pharmaceutical industry essential.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Customer focused and able to manage challenging priorities under pressure.
• Excellent understanding of clinical trial process across Phases II-IV and ICH GCP.

Responsibilities

• Administers all contract management processes at a project level with relevant documents.
• May lead multi-country projects including negotiating and preparing contracts and budgets for industry-sponsored trials.
• Produces site-specific contracts from country templates and supports budget submissions.
• Negotiates budgets and contracts with sites via Service Centre and SSUL until resolution of issues.
• Ensures quality control, execution of CTAs, and archival of documents in repositories.
