Job summary

Precision for Medicine is seeking a Site Contracts Manager to join our European team. The role can be fully remote from Poland, Slovakia, Serbia, Romania or Hungary.

You will review, draft, and negotiate a range of agreements including site contracts and vendors, while coordinating with Clinical Operations to ensure timelines are met. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience in a CRO/healthcare setting, with strong organizational and communication skills and a proven ability to manage

Qualifications

• Graduate, postgraduate, 4-year college degree.
• Experience in a CRO/healthcare field.
• 5+ years’ experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements, Vendor Contracts and Site Budget negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate a variety of agreements including site contracts, master agreements, vendor and consulting agreements.
• Coordinate with study teams and sponsor to meet timelines.
• Establish, track and report site contract metrics.
