Syneos Health is seeking a Site Contract Specialist to administer and negotiate site contracts that support Clinical Operations on a global scale, under the oversight of the SSU Country Manager. Responsibilities

• Administers contract management processes, coordinating protocol, informed consent, institution, investigator, vendor, consultant, and customer agreements at project level.
• Supports country template contract and budget; assists in producing site-specific contracts from country template.
• Under supervision assist in negotiations of budget and contract with site and via Site Contracts Service Centre and SSUL lead with Sponsor until resolution of issues.
• Assists with quality control and archiving of CTAs and metadata.
• Reviews contracts for completeness and accuracy; ensures corrections are documented.
• Assists SSU leads/managers with active project management of contract issues; follows up on outstanding issues.
• Assists in providing and generating (amended) contract and/or budget documents; prepares contract management documentation; initiates ideas and solutions.
• Works within forecasted country/site contracting timelines; tracks milestone progress in SSU tracking system.
• Collaborates with internal and external legal, finance, and clinical operations; communicates legal and budgetary issues.
• Facilitates execution of contracts by company signatories.
• Supports maintenance of contract templates and site-specific files and databases.
• Serves as communication liaison between site contracts staff and internal/external customers; provides guidance; prepares correspondence.
• Monitors basic financial aspects and hours/tasks per contract; escalates discrepancies.
• Reviews and complies with SOPs and WIs; keeps training records updated and timesheet compliance.
• Ensure all relevant documents are submitted to the TMF per Company SOP/Sponsor requirements.
