Job summary

Precision for Medicine is seeking a Site Contracts Manager to join our European team. The role can be fully remote from Poland, Slovakia, Serbia, Romania, or Hungary, and focuses on reviewing, drafting, and negotiating site contracts and related agreements.

You will work closely with Clinical Operations to ensure contract deliverables align with study timelines, maintain contract files, and track site contract metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience in a CRO/healthcare field.
• 5+ years in drafting, reviewing and negotiating site CTAs, vendor contracts and site budget negotiations.
• Experience leading interactions with Study Teams and Sponsor.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate site contracts and related documents.
• Track contract milestones and ensure timely execution.
• Maintain contract files and databases including archiving.
• Escalate contractual issues and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Design and implement contracting process improvements.
