Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking an experienced User Acquisition Specialist in Poland to manage and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google.

You will own execution, testing, optimization, and performance analysis for multiple client accounts, collaborating with creative strategists to drive growth. Responsibilities include end-to-end media management, data-driven optimization, and preparing client-ready performance decks.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of paid media or user acquisition experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Meta advertising.
• Experience with TikTok and Google Ads.
• Proven experience managing seven-figure annual media budgets.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights.
• Excellent presentation and client-communication skills.
• Organized approach to campaign management and QA.
• Familiarity with SKAdNetwork, AEM, and MMPs preferred.
• Comfortable collaborating with international teams and EST hours.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end paid media management across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other platforms, including setup, targeting, bidding, budgets, creative rotation, and optimization.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple client accounts with focus on performance and scalable growth.
• Monitor CPI, CAC, ROAS, payback, retention, and other key metrics.
• Analyze performance and diagnose changes from fatigue, audience shifts, or attribution issues.
• Develop and execute structured testing across audiences, creatives, bidding, budgets, and structures.
• Identify opportunities to improve media efficiency and campaign scalability.
• Maintain account hygiene: naming, UTMs, QA, and documentation.
• Collaborate with creative strategists and growth managers to connect insights to decisions.
• Leverage proprietary technology and data to identify growth opportunities and scale budgets.
• Prepare clear performance insights and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Create compelling presentations and communicate results and strategies in client meetings.
