Job summary

Beffio Studio is seeking a Senior Environment Artist to craft stylized, memorable game worlds for real-time engines on a fully remote, international team. You will translate concept art into production- ready environments and build modular systems for consistency across locations.

You will collaborate with Art Directors, Concept Artists, Level Designers, and Technical Artists to ensure visual storytelling, gameplay readability, and real-time performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience as an Environment Artist in game development.
• Strong portfolio showing environment composition, storytelling, and quality.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling, UV mapping, texturing, and materials.
• Excellent understanding of lighting, color, and environmental composition.

Responsibilities

• Environment Art & World Building: create stylized environments, architecture, terrain, props, and assets.
• Real-Time Environment Production: optimize assets, work with lighting, shaders, and layouts for performance.
• Collaboration & Quality: work with Art Directors, Concept Artists, Level Designers and Tech Artists; contribute to reviews.
