Job summary

Beffio Studio is seeking a Senior VFX Artist to craft stylized real-time effects for Unity3D in a remote, international team. You will shape visuals that communicate gameplay intent and feel responsive during combat and exploration.

The role is hands-on, senior-level, collaborates with VFX leads, art directors and engineers to deliver high-quality, optimized effects across platforms, with ownership from concept to polish.

Qualifications

• 5+ years real-time VFX in game development.
• Experience on commercially released games.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating stylized in-game effects.
• Excellent timing, motion, shape language, color and readability.
• Proficiency with Unity3D particle systems, shaders and real-time VFX workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality stylized real-time VFX for gameplay, combat, abilities, characters, and environments.
• Develop visually distinctive effects with strong shape language, color, timing, and artistic consistency.
• Create compelling effects that communicate power, emotion, impact, and gameplay intent.
• Work with particle systems, shaders, textures, flipbooks, meshes, and other real-time VFX techniques.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Game Designers, Animators, Technical Artists, and Engineers.
