Qualifications
- Extensive quota‑carrying enterprise software sales experience in a closing role.
- Proven track record of leading large, multi‑stakeholder enterprise deals.
- Fluency in English and Polish or Czech.
Responsibilities
- Drive ITSM/ESM sales strategy across CEE emerging markets.
- Build strategic, trusted‑advisor relationships with C‑level and senior IT/business leaders.
- Lead complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- Identify and execute competitive displacement strategies with AI‑driven service management.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and partners to tailor value propositions.
- Represent the CEE market to influence GTM, product, and roadmaps.
- Maintain sales discipline with accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility.
