Job summary

At Atlassian, a Senior Solution Sales Executive for the Service Collection in CEE will lead strategic engagements with enterprise accounts across Poland and neighboring markets. You will drive adoption of our AI-powered service management platform, shape regional GTM, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver transformational customer outcomes.

You will manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals, forecast with accuracy, and build executive relationships to expand footprint in the region.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Polish or Czech is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive ITSM/ESM sales strategy across CEE emerging markets.
• Build strategic, trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives and senior IT/business leaders.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles for net-new business, cloud migrations and expansions.
• Identify and execute competitive displacement strategies with the Service Collection platform.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and partners to tailor value propositions.
