Atlassian is seeking a proactive Pre-Sales professional who can partner with sales and deliver compelling value demonstrations. You will map customer needs to Atlassian solutions, engage executives and technical stakeholders, and drive cross-product opportunities across a diverse portfolio.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, translating complex problems into actionable solutions while collaborating with teams to close deals. Fluency in Polish and English is required.

• 2+ years of customer-facing pre-sales experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to multi-level audiences.
• Customer-centric mindset with a track record in executive relationship building.
• Creative problem solver capable of turning complex business problems into solutions.
• Fluency in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to map customer needs to Atlassian products and solutions.
• Lead value-based demonstrations across stakeholders and tailor to the large portfolio.
• Understand customer technical requirements and secure buy-in to decisions.
• Document product feedback and competitive intelligence to influence product direction.
• Collaborate with account executives and cross-functional teams to optimize deals.
