Job summary

EPAM Systems in Poland seeks an Atlassian Solution Architect to design and scale Atlassian platforms for enterprise collaboration, governance, and performance. You will lead complex Jira Data Center and Cloud projects, driving migrations and integrations with ServiceNow, GitHub Enterprise, and CI/CD pipelines.

Hybrid by design, with the possibility to work remotely within Poland and opportunities for short-term international assignments.

Qualifications

• Experience with Atlassian Jira Cloud and Data Center architectures.
• Ability to automate platforms via REST APIs and scripting.
• Knowledge of SSO/IAM integration and governance models.
• Hands-on workflow design and process optimization.
• Understanding of integration platforms and CI/CD connectivity.
• SQL knowledge and basic scripting for automation tasks.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum/SAFe and ITIL practices.
• Strong business process mapping and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Atlassian platform architectures.
• Lead Jira Data Center and Atlassian Cloud implementations, incl. Forge solutions.
• Define governance, permission, and security models for enterprise environments.
• Architect integrations with ServiceNow, GitHub Enterprise, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Build and enhance automation using REST APIs, Atlassian Forge, and Automation for Jira.
• Support Jira Cloud migrations and enterprise transformations.
• Optimize Agile and ITSM workflows across the org.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and solution discovery sessions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to teams and partners.
