Job summary

Talanto seeks an Expert Python Engineer to join our remote-friendly team in Poland. You will lead architectural decisions for RAG pipelines, work on Code-RAG with IEC 61131-3 code, and ensure secure Python delivery into the client's Azure DevOps environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, shape retrieval strategies, and drive high-level technical direction in a fast-paced, embedded co-delivery setup.

Qualifications

• Strong architectural experience in AI/NLP systems.
• Hands-on with Python, ML techniques, and large language models.
• Experience with Azure AI stack and DevOps.
• Knowledge of code parsing and ASTs is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead RAG pipeline upgrade architecture and KPI framing.
• Define retrieval and grounding strategies for multi-turn apps.
• Oversee Code-RAG with AST-aware chunking for IEC 61131-3 code.
• Ensure secure delivery of Python code into Azure DevOps.
