Job summary
AgileEngine in Szczecin, Poland, is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to act as the regional delivery anchor for a follow-the-sun DevSecOps program, guiding cross-functional teams across ASPM integrations and AI-enabled SDLC secure code scanning.
You will own regional escalations, perform secure code reviews, and drive 24/7 delivery velocity in a regulated enterprise environment, requiring 5+ years of software engineering with deep Python expertise and leadership.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering and architecture experience required.
- Strong Python development depth and leadership capabilities.
- Experience with modern DevSecOps, cloud security and CI/CD ecosystems preferred.
- Able to take complete technical ownership and mentor others.
Responsibilities
- Lead a localized cross-functional pod to maintain 24-hour feature momentum.
- Coordinate seamless 24/7 hand-offs with peers in other time zones.
- Oversee ASPM integrations and AI-enabled SDLC secure code scanning delivery.
- Act as primary escalation point for regional technical challenges and reviews.
