Job summary

Provectus is a consulting and professional services firm focused on AI/ML, embedding engineers within client teams to ship production systems. Our Forward Deployed delivery reflects hands-on collaboration from discovery through delivery, ensuring architectures mirror real work processes.

We value production experience with RAG systems, Python backends, and AWS/GCP, plus strong client-facing communication. Remote-first within Europe and ongoing training opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building and running production systems with hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Embed with the client team for the length of the engagement, inside their environment.
• Write clean production-grade Python across AI integrations, backend services, and RESTful APIs
• Design, build, and optimize RAG systems and agentic AI solutions in production
• Own system design and architectural decisions across engagement
• Act as client’s technical contact: present architecture, defend trade-offs
• Support presales activities including discovery calls and demos
• Lead architecture reviews and contribute to Python standards
• Feed learnings back into Provectus' blueprint library
• Mentor engineers and lead code reviews
