Job summary

DXC Technology in Poland seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Architect/Lead Consultant to own end-to-end HR technology transformations. The role requires crafting architecture across modules, guiding data migration, and aligning integration strategies with clients and stakeholders.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive pre-sales architecture, and mentor consultants through global deployments, delivering high-quality HR technology transformations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ full lifecycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors as a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant
• 10–15 years of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors experience
• Experience with SAP Activate Methodology across Prepare–Explore–Realize–Deploy
• Experience migrating from SAP ECC HCM to SAP SuccessFactors (cloud-hosted)
• Multi-country/global rollout project experience
• Strong integration & data migration capabilities
• SAP SuccessFactors configuration/administration knowledge
• SAP certifications and ongoing education are a plus

Responsibilities

• Define the end-to-end solution architecture for SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite implementations
• Act as SME and Solution Architect across SAP SuccessFactors HR modules throughout all project phases
• Define vision, design, and blueprint for target-state HR tech landscape
• Lead data migration strategy and production cutover activities
• Oversee integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and third-party systems
• Mentor functional/technical consultants and business analysts
• Support pre-sales activities including discovery and architecture assessments
