You will configure, support and optimize the Employee Central module for local and international clients, contributing to HR process improvements across Poland, the DACH and APAC regions.

• Minimum 2–3 years of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience for mid level
• Minimum 5+ years for senior level
• Certification of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Fluency in Polish and English; German is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module in implementation and post-go-live environments
• Support and maintain live Employee Central environments and troubleshoot issues
• Analyze business requirements and provide SAP-aligned recommendations
• Develop, execute and support testing activities (unit, UAT, regression, release validation)
• Provide end-user and HR support and collaborate with other consultants
