Sii Poland seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with German to join a remote team focused on developing and supporting the HR system landscape. The role centers on migrating from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and delivering innovative SAP solutions for digital HR transformation.

You will work with HR stakeholders, implement integrations via OData, develop iFlows on SAP BTP, and support EC, PA, OM, and PY modules while maintaining high standards of security and

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of SAP consulting experience with hands-on SAP SuccessFactors
• Deep expertise in Employee Central (EC) required
• Solid knowledge of SAP BTP & Cloud Integration and iFlow development
• Experience with OData APIs and integration scenarios
• Very good command of German at negotiation level (C1/C2) required
• Strong communication, self-starter attitude and structured working approach
• Advanced English and German proficiency

Responsibilities

• Manage development and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors EC and HR landscape
• Provide technical consulting for integrations with third-party systems and interfaces via OData APIs
• Capture and translate business requirements into implementable SAP solutions
• Create and maintain iFlows within SAP Cloud Integration on SAP BTP with documentation
• Support SAP HCM modules: PA, OM, PY and related configurations
• Own project deliverables and provide day-to-day operational support
• Collaborate with internal IT-HR teams, HR business unit and external providers
