Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group is seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect specializing in Employee Central to lead design, integration, and optimisation of our HR tech landscape across Poland and neighboring regions. The role is remote, with collaboration across multiple countries and stakeholders.

You will bridge HR business requirements with technical delivery teams, guiding architecture decisions, data models, and data governance while driving GDPR compliance and successful deployments.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience with at least 2 full lifecycle Employee Central implementations.
• Strong expertise in Employee Central data models, MDF objects, business rules and workflow configuration.
• Experience with Integration Center, OData APIs and Boomi for EC integrations; knowledge of SAP HCM and hybrid migrations.
• Understanding HR processes from hire-to-retire and familiarity with Agile/SAP Activate.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and document architecture, data models, workflows and RBPs.
• Evaluate requirements and advise on standard vs. customisation; produce design docs, configuration workbooks and diagrams.
• Configure Employee Central, support data migration, and lead build cycles, testing, UAT and cutover activities.
• Define integration architecture between EC and downstream/upstream systems using CPI/BTP, APIs and Integration Center.
• Act as trusted advisor, run workshops, assess SAP releases and drive adoption of new features.
