Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with German to join a remote team focused on development and support of the HR system landscape. You will work closely with the HR business department to implement SAP solutions and drive digital HR transformation, including migration from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

You will manage EC-focused development, advise on integrations via OData APIs, create iFlows on SAP BTP, and support SAP HCM modules such as PA,

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP consulting with hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Deep expertise in Employee Central (EC) is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of SAP BTP & Cloud Integration, including iFlow development.
• Experience with OData APIs and interface/integration scenarios.
• Very good command of German at the negotiation level (C1/C2) is required.
• Advanced level of English and German.

Responsibilities

• Managing development and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on Employee Central.
• Providing technical consulting for integrations with third-party systems via OData APIs and interfaces.
• Translating business requirements into implementable SAP solutions.
• Creating and maintaining iFlows within SAP Cloud Integration on SAP BTP, including documentation.
