Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with German to join a remote team focused on the technical development and ongoing support of the HR system landscape. In this role you will collaborate with the HR business department to implement SAP solutions and drive the digital HR transformation, especially migration from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

You will work on EC, SAP BTP and Cloud Integration, develop iFlows, and support PA/OM/PY modules, while

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on SAP consulting experience.
• Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central.
• Strong knowledge of SAP BTP and Cloud Integration and iFlow development.
• Excellent German (C1/C2) and high English proficiency.
• Nice to have knowledge of SAP HCM.

Responsibilities

• Managing the development and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on Employee Central.
• Providing technical consulting for integrations with third-party systems, including creating interfaces via OData APIs.
• Capturing, analyzing, and evaluating technical and functional requirements from business stakeholders.
• Creating and maintaining iFlows within SAP Cloud Integration on SAP BTP, implementing architecture and security guidelines.
• Supporting SAP HCM modules such as PA, OM, and PY.
• Taking ownership of project deliverables and providing day-to-day operational support.
• Collaborating with internal IT-HR teams, HR business department, and external service providers.
