Job summary

RED Global is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to support Germany payroll processes within an ECC landscape. This remote role requires close collaboration with global stakeholders and robust analysis.

You will gather requirements, configure payroll schemas, and provide knowledge transfer while ensuring compliant, accurate payroll processing across borders.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience as an SAP HCM / Payroll Consultant.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP German Payroll.
• Experience working in SAP ECC environments (S/4HANA experience not required).
• Combination of functional and technical expertise, including configuration, troubleshooting, and support.
• Experience with payroll interfaces, reporting, and integration points.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Previous experience within Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or other regulated industries (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience supporting multinational or global organizations preferred
• Knowledge of HR processes and compliance requirements related to payroll.
• Techno-functional consultant who can work independently and interact confidently with business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable operating in a fully remote international team.
