RED Global is seeking an SAP Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant (German Payroll) for a major Life Sciences transformation project. The role is 100% remote and focuses on HR, Legal, and Compliance functions within SAP environments.

Required is 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM/Payroll, strong hands-on SAP German Payroll expertise, and ECC experience. You will configure, troubleshoot, and enhance payroll processes, schemas, and wage types to support global payroll operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an SAP HCM / Payroll consultant.
• Hands-on experience with SAP German Payroll.
• Experience working within SAP ECC environments.
• Techno-functional expertise including configuration, troubleshooting, support, and enhancements.
• Experience with payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll processes.
