Job summary

Your ITeams Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable CRM solutions supporting global sales operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development in enterprise environments.
• Proficient in Apex, SOQL, LWC, Flow, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud lead/opportunity management, forecasting, automation.
• Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security, sharing rules, profiles, permissions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and best practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration in Agile teams.
• Certifications preferred: Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant, Administrator.
• Experience with global deployments across countries, middleware, REST/SOAP, CI/CD, ERP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Work with Product Owners and IT to translate requirements into Salesforce capabilities.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain Salesforce implementations using Apex, SOQL, LWC, and Flow.
• Configure Sales/Service Cloud features: lead, account, opportunity management, forecasting, automation.
• Design and optimise sales workflows: lead conversion, opportunity tracking, approvals, pipeline.
• Create and maintain custom objects, fields, layouts, validations, and automation.
• Translate business needs into technical designs following Salesforce best practices.
• Design and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP, Platform Events, CDC, External Objects.
• Collaborate with enterprise IT and middleware to ensure secure, reliable data integration.
• Participate in design reviews, testing, release management, and deployments including unit tests.
• Provide technical guidance to Sales, Commercial Excellence, Operations, and IT stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot issues and support platform improvements.

The Salesforce Developer will design, develop, and maintain scalable CRM solutions to support global sales operations. The person in this role will work with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and enterprise IT teams to translate requirements into robust Salesforce capabilities, with a focus on Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud functionality, integrations, and ongoing platform improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Salesforce implementations using Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow.
• Configure and extend Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud capabilities, including lead management, account and contact management, opportunity management, forecasting, and sales process automation.
• Design and optimise sales workflows such as lead conversion, opportunity tracking, approval processes, and pipeline management.
• Create and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and automation to meet business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and deliver implementations that follow Salesforce architecture and development best practices.
• Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce and internal or third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), External Objects, and other integration patterns.
• Collaborate with enterprise IT teams and middleware providers to ensure reliable, secure, and performant data synchronisation and integration behaviour.
• Participate in technical design reviews, system testing, release management, and deployment activities, including unit testing automated deployment processes.
• Provide technical guidance to Sales, Commercial Excellence, Operations, Product Owners, and IT stakeholders regarding Salesforce capabilities and constraints.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, implement fixes, and support continuous platform improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including delivery or support of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, and Salesforce APIs.
• Solid understanding of Sales or Service Cloud capabilities, including lead and opportunity management, forecasting, and process automation.
• Proven experience developing, maintaining, or troubleshooting integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Good knowledge of Salesforce data model, security architecture, sharing rules, profiles, and permission sets.
• Ability to independently analyse business requirements, propose technical solutions, and deliver implementations aligned with best practices.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with experience working in Agile teams and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
• Preferred: Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Administrator.
• Preferred: Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations across multiple countries or business units, middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi), REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven integration patterns, CI/CD and DevOps practices, and integration with ERP, finance, marketing, or analytics platforms.
