Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in Salesforce delivery
• 3+ years in architecture or senior tech lead roles
• Lead end-to-end solution design across multiple clouds and environments
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem, editions, license types, and trade-offs
• Data modelling and performance optimization across multi-cloud orgs
• CRM Analytics, reporting architecture, data migration/quality strategies
• Security, identity, and governance incl. SSO, MFA, encryption
• Integration patterns and API governance; MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services
• CI/CD and release governance; SonarQube, PMD
• Cross-team leadership and client-facing workshops; mentoring dev/tech leads

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture of Salesforce solutions across the project lifecycle
• Provide hands-on technical governance balancing scalability, security and performance
